Bryn is building Echo Flock and Fiber to nourish her community through local food, with plans to offer lamb and chicken shares and a mobile slaughter service next season. This dinner helps support that vision. Feather Oak Farm and Gargoyle Farm are providing the fall harvest vegetables, Jerica and Jenny of Sundogfarmacy are pouring the libations, and Chef Kesh is cooking a seasonal Mediterranean lamb stew featuring Echo Flock and Fiber lamb.
Every dollar raised goes directly to Bryn’s project.
