What is a lamb share?
A lamb share is when you buy a portion of a whole butchered lamb directly from a farmer or butcher.
For example, a ½ lamb share means you get roughly half the meat from one lamb—usually a mix of chops, roasts, ground lamb, and other cuts. It’s basically buying meat in bulk instead of cut-by-cut at the store.

1. Choose Your Lamb Share
Select the share size that works best for you. Your share represents a portion of one whole lamb.
2. Reserve Your Share
Place your order through our website to reserve your lamb. Because shares are based on whole animals, availability may be limited.
3. Your Lamb Is Processed
The lamb is professionally processed into a variety of cuts, which may include chops, roasts, ground lamb, and other cuts depending on your share.
4. Receive Your Lamb
Once processing is complete, your packaged lamb will be ready for pickup or delivery, depending on the options available.
What you'll receive.
I offer half and whole lamb shares, that will be custom butchered for you after selecting from a custom cut sheet. We estimate you will receive roughly 20-25 pounds of meat with a half lamb share and 40-50 pounds with a full lamb share depending on the animal.
